Industrial areas in Indonesia play an important role in the national economy. However, their existence is often inseparable from various social problems, one of which is poverty that still shackles the surrounding community. Therefore, this study seeks to identify and evaluate effective strategies in dealing with poverty problems in the environment. The Agile Governance approach used in this study is a concept that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and rapid response to changes and community needs. Combining it with the concept of a zoning system, it is hoped that a more effective and efficient mechanism can be created in dealing with various social problems, especially poverty.
