This book is an auto-critique highlighting the internal problems of the Muhammadiyah Student Association as an Islamic student organization for the importance of preserving the culture of cadreship that is in accordance with the IMM's struggle principles. IMM as an intellectual laboratory that always educates reliable captains, has a mission to purify the noble character of a cadre, of course this responsibility is very heavy to bear. The intellectual movement as a basic foundation that must always be fought for by IMM cadres whenever and wherever and in whatever form the situation is, must not then dampen their enthusiasm as a predicate of intellectuals with personality, this is a reminder that every day the mind must be filled with continuous reading, because reading is the first command of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to carry out the mission of Islamic preaching.
Finally, as a student activist, who almost every day never gets tired of meeting the minds of all cadres, examining, understanding, accepting all the shortcomings and advantages that exist, carrying out the mission of leadership as a path of devotion in the organization, in the footsteps of this leadership we do not find a sense of laziness, let alone a sense of despair, we only know how to solve this problem together, that is the most important thing.
